Rod Stewart is a British singer-songwriter born and raised in London, England and currently residing in Epping. He is of Scottish and English lineage. With his distinctive raspy singing voice, Stewart came to prominence in the late 1960s and early '70s with The Jeff Beck Group and then Faces. He launched his solo career in 1969 with his debut album An Old Raincoat Won't Ever Let You Down (US: The Rod Stewart Album). His work with The Jeff Beck Group and Faces proved to be influential on the formation of the heavy metal and punk rock genres, respectively. Both bands were also pioneers of blues-rock. With his career in its fifth decade, Stewart has achieved numerous solo hit singles worldwide, most notably in the UK, where he has garnered six consecutive number one albums and his tally of 62 hit singles include 31 that reached the top 10, six of which gained the number one position. He has also had 16 top ten singles in the USA, with four of these reaching number one. He was voted at #33 in the poll of "Q Magazine top 100 Greatest Singers of all time".

Uma das coisa que sempre achei bacana no Rod Stewart é que ele sempre foi um cara que faz a música que gosta e não a que as gravadoras mandam. Aprendi a gostar da música dele com a minha Mãe (Komiker Mother Supreme), que, quando escutou esse novo álbum pirou e ainda continuou achando ele “um charme”. Um detalhe que ela observou foi a capa e o verso: pros dias atuais, esse encarte é extremamente brega e fora do contexto que a música vem mostrando (entendem porque o Supreme no “nome” dela??) mas que continua com a qualidade de sempre e sempre sendo ele mesmo, com a voz rouca e sensual.

Povo, a capa é puro anos 60-70, mas com a qualidade Rod Stewart de fazer hehe.

“Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was born to Leopold and Anna Maria Pertl Mozart at 9 Getreidegasse in Salzburg, capital of the sovereign Archbishopric of Salzburg, in what is now Austria, but then part of the Holy Roman Empire. His only sibling to survive past birth was Maria Anna (1751–1829), called "Nannerl". Wolfgang was baptized the day after his birth at St. Rupert's Cathedral. The baptismal record gives his name in Latinized form as Joannes Chrysostomus Wolfgangus Theophilus Mozart. He generally called himself "Wolfgang Amadè Mozart" as an adult, but there were many variants. His father Leopold (1719–1787) was deputy Kapellmeister to the court orchestra of the Archbishop of Salzburg, and a minor composer. He was also an experienced teacher, and in the year of Mozart's birth published a successful violin textbook, Versuch einer gründlichen Violinschule.
When Nannerl was seven she began keyboard lessons with her father, and her three-year-old brother would look on, evidently fascinated. Years later, after his death, she reminisced:
He often spent much time at the clavier, picking out thirds, which he was always striking, and his pleasure showed that it sounded good. [...] In the fourth year of his age his father, for a game as it were, began to teach him a few minuets and pieces at the clavier.
He could play it faultlessly and with the greatest delicacy, and keeping exactly in time.
At the age of five he was already composing little pieces, which he played to his father who wrote them down.
These early pieces, K. 1–5, were recorded in the Nannerl Notenbuch.
Biographer Maynard Solomon notes that while Leopold was a devoted teacher to his children, there is evidence that Wolfgang was keen to make progress beyond what he was being taught. His first ink-spattered composition and his precocious efforts with the violin were on his own initiative, and came as a great surprise to Leopold. Father and son were close, and these childhood accomplishments brought tears to Leopold's eyes.
Leopold eventually gave up composing when his son's outstanding musical talents became evident. He was Wolfgang's only teacher in his earliest years, and taught his children languages and academic subjects as well as music.”

Roy Orbison and Friends, A Black and White Night is an acclaimed 1988 Cinemax television special originally broadcast on January 3, 1988 on HBO starring Hall of Fame singer/songwriter Roy Orbison. The special was filmed entirely in black and white. A live album was released following the broadcast. The special consisted of a performance of many of Orbison's hits at the Ambassador Hotel's Coconut Grove nightclub in Los Angeles, taped on September 30, 1987, approximately a year before his death. Three songs, "Blue Bayou," "Claudette," and "Blue Angel," were taped but not included in the original broadcast due to time constraints. Put together by musical director T-Bone Burnett, Orbison was accompanied by a supporting backing band which included many notable musical performers. All were fans who volunteered to participate in the special. Other celebrity admirers of Orbison were in the audience, including Billy Idol, Sandra Bernhard, and Kris Kristofferson. The backing band was the TCB Band, which accompanied Elvis Presley from 1969 until his death in 1977: Glen D. Hardin on piano, James Burton on lead guitar, Jerry Scheff on bass, and Ronnie Tutt on drums. Male background vocalists, some of whom also joined in on guitar, were Bruce Springsteen, Tom Waits, Elvis Costello, Jackson Browne, J.D. Souther, and Steven Soles. The female background vocalists were k.d. lang, Jennifer Warnes, and Bonnie Raitt.

Robert Nesta "Bob" Marley (February 6, 1945 – May 11, 1981) was a Jamaican singer-songwriter and musician. He was the lead singer, songwriter and guitarist for the ska, rocksteady and reggae bands The Wailers (1964–1974) and Bob Marley & The Wailers (1974–1981). Marley remains the most widely known and revered performer of reggae music, and is credited for helping spread both Jamaican music and the Rastafari movement to a worldwide audience.
Marley's best known hits include "I Shot the Sheriff", "No Woman, No Cry", "Could You Be Loved", "Stir It Up", "Jamming", "Redemption Song", "One Love" and, together with The Wailers, "Three Little Birds", as well as the posthumous releases "Buffalo Soldier" and "Iron Lion Zion". The compilation album, Legend (1984), released three years after his death, is reggae's best-selling album, being 10 times Platinum (Diamond) in the U.S., and selling 20 million copies worldwide.
1979 - the Santa Barbara Bowl. Fresh from half a dozen dates in Harlem - an attempt from his management to sell him to the African American community - Bob Marley arrives on stage, nonchalant as ever. The audience, almost exclusively white, are thriving on expectancy and Bob and band don't fail to deliver. The band rips through song after song and Bob seemingly relives each one, amplifying the message with exaggerated stage gestures.
With the charts filled to the brim with talentless prats, it's unsurprising that the likes of Marley are still revered across generational gaps as one of the greatest songwriters/performers. His dance routines are rather rusty, his sprawling band can occasionally be a little loose and his clothes seem to have been picked up at Oxfam but you can't beat him for charisma or stage presence. The songs were a wide choice from his ample repertoire but thankfully avoids being a "greatest hits" concert. That night they played:
